As I reflect on the theme for International Women’s Day #ChooseToChallenge, I am proud to say that our team supports the movement towards a gender equal world. We celebrate the women in our business today, and realize that everyone plays a part in closing the gap of inequality. By choosing to challenge, we are doing our part to make steps closer to change, and if you’re reading this, you should do the same.

The time is now for society to push the acceleration of parity. At Harbr, we are fortunate to have a co-founding member of our team, who is a female. Our founding team benefits from having different perspectives and is core in helping us be a stronger and more socially responsible company. Going forward we will continue to raise awareness around diversity with the growth of our team. We challenge everyone to do their part, remove bias, and make strides towards a better world.

With the challenges that the world has faced this year, there’s no better time to encourage and celebrate each other. Let’s keep pushing for change and remember that everyone has a part to play in this.
